Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Peg Leg Frida purchase, and we offer exchanges and returns for store credit when something isn't quite the right fit. 

If you find this is the case for you, get in touch by emailing peglegfrida@hotmail.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel to obtain the address for returns.

Peg Leg Frida does not accept returns for change of mind.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange the piece must be in brand-new condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached, so it's best to try everything on as soon as it arrives to ensure it is the right fit for you. 

Pre-orders are considered regular stock unless they have customised length and are eligible for exchange as long as they meet the criteria above.

Pieces that have been customised and are not routinely offered as Peg Leg Frida stock, for example pieces that have been lengthened or shortened, and any sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. 

Return and exchange postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of manufacturing faults or errors on the part of Peg Leg Frida, in which case we will cover all postage.

Store credit is given in the form of a coupon code to be redeemed at checkout from the online store.
